Teen Girls Self-Defence - Tues and Thurs
This self-defense course is here to empower girls from 14-17yrs. Participants will learn to apply Muay Thai and Kickboxing techniques in role playing scenarios. With a strong focus on building confidence & asserting boundaries. Teens gain practical skills and inner strength in a supportive environment. This 4-week course has classes twice a week, Teens are welcome to continue after 4 weeks and build upon their progression.
