Muay Thai Mornings (Members Only)
Open to all members, suitable for late teens and adults. These sessions are designed for focused members who thrive with minimal instruction and enjoy fast-paced, solo, high-intensity training. Ideal for maintaining fitness and sharpening technique—without the wear and tear of competition.

Monday MMA Evenings
(Advanced Only)
Strictly for advanced competitors. These sessions support active competitors preparing for BJJ, Muay Thai, Kickboxing, and MMA events. Expect realistic, high-level striking and grappling practice inside our fully equipped MMA cage. Not suitable for beginners or people refining their technique.

Tuesday & Thursday BJJ Evenings
Suitable for late teens and adults across most experience levels who enjoy learning with patience and precision. Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu rewards focus, consistency, and effort. Students are encouraged to challenge themselves and progress. Led by a Rings black belt coach, classes emphasise efficient movement chaining to secure dominant positions and submissions.
Regular Members Invited to attend practice prior to class.

Mondays and Wednesdays
Gi Jiujtisu 6:30-8:00pm

Suitable for late teens and adults of all levels, our Gi Jiu-Jitsu program rewards focus, consistency, and effort. Led by Pedro Jiujitsu Black Belt, classes teach efficient movement chaining to secure dominant positions and submissions. Whether you are new to the sport or refining your game, challenge yourself and progress with precision.

Wednesday & Friday MMA Evenings
MONDAYS & FRIDAYS
5:00-6:30PM – MMA Striking Fundamentals & Dutchkickboxing
Suitable for late teens and adults of most experience levels. This class focuses on applying Muay Thai and Dutch kickboxing to MMA, including striking combinations, takedown defense, and transitions. Beginners are welcome but may benefit from one-on-one training to keep up.

FRIDAYS
6:30-7:30pm – Advanced MMA
For intermediate to advanced MMA students only. This session delivers realistic striking and grappling practice using our large Jiu-jitsu mats and MMA cage. This class is invite only and is geared toward competition readiness. Not suitable for beginners.

Thursday Women’s Kickboxing
5:30-6:30pm
A female-only Muay Thai and Dutch kickboxing–influenced class for late teens through to women in their 60s. Led by an experienced female instructor, this class offers a supportive, technique-focused environment ideal for building confidence, fitness, and self-defense skills—whether you’re brand new or already on your combat sports journey.

Our exciting new preteen program is the perfect way to channel after-school energy into something powerful and positive! Held every Thursday for 45 action-packed minutes inside our fully equipped MMA gym, this dynamic class is designed to build agility, coordination, confidence, and teamwork through engaging group challenges and skill-based activities. In a supportive, high-energy environment, kids stay active, sharpen their movement skills, and learn to encourage one another—all while having an absolute blast. With a strong focus on measurable progress and personal growth, this interactive experience helps preteens develop fitness, discipline, and resilience that carry far beyond the gym floor.
